Meet the Instructor

 The Pre-Licensing Broker courses prepare you to take the Pre-Licensing Illinois State Exam for Brokers. Passing our proctored exam qualifies you to take the State Exam. Passing the State Exam allows you to sponsor your own license, or apply for a license through another sponsoring Broker.

There are 5 courses needed to prepare for the State Exam. You may take all five on our website. To take the Broker courses you must first have passed the Salespersons pre-licensing course or already have a Salesperson's license.
